Diane Crawford and Arminda Dumpierrez are the mother-daughter team behind The Voyage Inc., bringing together over two decades of leadership development, facilitation, and transformational experiences.
Together, they blend professional expertise, lived wisdom, and a deep belief in women’s capacity for growth and renewal. Their summits integrate neuroscience, leadership, and intentional life design with the warmth of human connection and the calm of nature.
Diane brings a grounding presence, heartfelt encouragement, and a lifetime of navigating major life transitions with courage and resilience.
Arminda brings strategic insight, international leadership experience, and a guiding approach that helps women find clarity, alignment, and purpose.

Meet Diane CrawfordCo-Founder, The Voyage Inc. | Host & FacilitatorDiane believes that transformation begins the moment we step outside what’s familiar — and she’s spent her life exploring that edge. A lifelong adventurer with a deep love for Mexico and Latin culture, Diane brings warmth, wisdom, and lived experience to every space she leads.
With a background shaped by constant reinvention, Diane has navigated major life transitions: moves across Canada and overseas, blended family life, marriage, parenting, career shifts, caregiving, and personal reinvention. These experiences ignited her passion for resilience, clarity, and purposeful living, the very themes she now teaches.
While her résumé highlights decades of leadership, change management, and international speaking, what it doesn’t capture is the human side of her work: Diane’s ability to make people feel seen, supported, and inspired. She blends practical tools with heartfelt connection, helping women reconnect with themselves and step confidently into their next chapter.
In 2006, Diane and her daughter Arminda founded The Voyage Inc., a consulting and leadership development firm built on curiosity, courage, and a love of growth. Their retreat arm, Compass Retreats, began in the Canary Islands in 2014 and has since evolved into transformative experiences that integrate neuroscience, wellbeing, and intentional life design.
Diane brings to each retreat a grounding presence, a wealth of lived wisdom, and a belief that women flourish when they are supported, challenged, and invited to expand.

Her work spans continents and industries, enriched by leading global classrooms, shaping organizational strategy, and coaching leaders at every level.
Driven by a deep belief that clarity of vision fuels powerful change, Arminda blends strategic insight with heartfelt facilitation, helping women lean into what matters most and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
Her background includes senior leadership roles in both industry and academia, teaching postgraduate business courses across three continents and running her own start-up ventures. This combination of real-world leadership and proven teaching experience gives her a unique ability to help others unlock their potential, navigate complexity with confidence, and discover clarity at the intersection of personal values and professional purpose.
Arminda’s facilitation style is grounded, thoughtful, and empowering creating safe, inspiring spaces where women can explore, reflect, and grow together. Do I need to come with someone?
Not at all. Most of our guests come on their own, and many say that’s part of what makes the experience so meaningful. The retreat is designed to help you connect deeply with yourself and with a group of like-minded women who value growth, leadership, and renewal. Whether you come solo or with a colleague, friend or family member, you’ll feel welcomed and supported from the moment you arrive.
Is this summit beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. This experience is for every woman who’s interested in leadership and personal growth, regardless of past leadership experience. The sessions are designed to be accessible, engaging, and practical, rooted in science and real life, not perfection. You don’t need to be familiar with any particular practice, just open to learning and rejuvenating.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Life happens, we understand.
- Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat are eligible for a full refund minus a small processing fee.
- Cancellations made 60-90 days before are eligible for a 50% refund, or you may transfer your spot to another person.
- Within 30 days of the retreat, payments are non-refundable as all reservations and logistics are confirmed by then.
If we need to postpone or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be fully transferable to a new date or refundable.
